Job summary

Zopa is seeking a Compliance Assurance Manager on a fixed-term contract to lead data-driven assurance reviews. You’ll work with AI and analytics experts to enhance how we assess customer outcomes and manage risk across multiple risk areas.

The role reports to the Head of 2nd Line Compliance and involves partnering with data teams to implement robust assurance programs. You will shape compliance analysis and change requests, helping ensure best practices in a fast-paced digital banking

Qualifications

• Experience designing or conducting assurance reviews and evaluating risk management effectiveness.
• Strong communication skills to influence senior stakeholders and explain complex findings.

Responsibilities

• Lead targeted, data-driven 2nd line assurance reviews that go beyond process-checking.
• Collaborate with data scientists, AI specialists, and analytics teams to develop new assurance tools.
• Oversee assurance across risk areas and ensure we use the best tools to evaluate risk and outcomes.
• Report to the Head of 2nd Line Compliance and contribute to change management requests.
