You’ll work from home and at data centers in New Jersey as required, coordinating with US teams and supporting SLA-driven delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking IT environments or financial sector is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage data center moves, adds and changes.
• Knowledge of structured cabling and IT infrastructure standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead IMACD, media handling, inventory audits, and equipment moves across sites.
• Manage ServiceNow queues, SLA performance, and resource scheduling.
• Mentor engineers, coordinate vendor escorts, and ensure compliance with standards.
