Job summary

OVHcloud is seeking a Technical Lead - Data Center Operations to oversee daily server and network operations at the local data center and POP, with remote support for other centers across the United States.

The role requires coordinating with multiple teams to resolve issues, improve procedures, and ensure reliable operations, including on-call duties and travel up to 10% as business needs require.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting a mission-critical data center.
• Bachelor's degree in IT-related field or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT infrastructure systems and services in partnership with DC IT staff.
• Coordinate with Project Management to meet timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate with Service Delivery to ensure orders are processed and billed correctly.
• Deploy top-of-rack switches and perform post-configuration checks.
• Monitor and resolve network issues escalated by DC IT staff.
• Maintain compliance with ISO and SOC requirements.
