Job summary

OVH US LLC is seeking a Technical Lead for Data Center Operations to oversee daily server and network operations, provide onsite support at the local data center, and remotely assist OVHcloud data centers across the United States. The role coordinates across internal teams to ensure service continuity and performance, with a base pay range of $34.00-$42.00 per hour.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in mission-critical data center support, strong networking knowledge, and the ability to travel

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a mission-critical data center supporting IT services.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced understanding of data center networking, switching and routing.
• Familiarity with data center safety, security, and power infrastructure.
• Ability to travel up to 10% and on-call availability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, integration, maintenance and operation of IT infra with DC Ops IT staff.
• Coordinate with Project Management to meet timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate with Service Delivery to process and bill enterprise orders.
• Deploy top-of-rack switches and perform quality checks.
• Monitor, diagnose, and resolve network issues escalated by DC Ops IT staff.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and train technicians.
• Serve as technical liaison between DC IT operations and internal teams.
• Notify stakeholders and escalate issues as required.
