Responsibilities

• Lead efforts/projects in the deployment, maintenance, and support of data center infrastructure.
• Test and troubleshoot new server and network hardware.
• Install and maintain switches, routers, and other large scale networking gear.

Skills

Experience in maintenance and monitoring of server systems

Experience with troubleshooting and diagnosing computer, server, and network hardware

Advanced cabling knowledge preferred

Ability to collaborate and partner with teams

Driving license Class B

Work Experience at least 3 years in Technical Support

Required Skills

• Experience in maintenance and monitoring of server systems
• Experience with troubleshooting and diagnosing computer, server, and network hardware
• Advanced cabling knowledge preferred but not a must (vertical, horizontal, structural, splicing, etc.)
• Ability to collaborate and partner with people and teams to overcome challenges
• Driving license Class B
• Work Experience at least 3 years in Technical Support
