Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst to join the on-site team in Ashburn, VA. You will work with the procurement group to source equipment, manage vendor relationships, track budgets, and support project spend across multiple data center builds.

The role requires strong experience with RFIs/RFQs, procurement processes, and coordination with finance for invoicing and payments. This position is on-site with a policy of three days in the office.

Qualifications

• Experience handling RFIs and RFQs for sourcing equipment and services.
• Strong vendor management with supplier relationship development and performance tracking.
• Experience tracking budgets, invoices, and project spend across procurement cycles.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily assistance to the procurement team to meet goals and timelines.
• Manage and track equipment status with vendors to align with construction schedules.
• Analyze and negotiate vendor quotes, change orders and back charges.
• Enter purchase orders, review invoices, and track budgets in the financial software.
• Support procurement managers and finance with invoicing issues.
• Coordinate with vendors for start-up and commissioning support services.
