Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Senior Director of Procurement Execution, NA, to lead equipment procurement, logistics, OFCI, and strategic sourcing for North America. The role manages multiple large projects, partners with Operations, Finance and Legal, and drives cost optimization and supply chain resiliency.

The position requires extensive experience in data center procurement, complex negotiations, and executive reporting. Based in Ashburn, VA or remote with 25% travel to vendors and sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree required in engineering or related field.
• Experience leading NA procurement, OFCI, and energy procurement.
• Strong supplier negotiations and contract execution skills.
• Proven ability to manage multi-project portfolios and budgets over $800M.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for NA logistics, procurement, OFCI, and energy procurement.
• Direct sourcing strategies, RFP processes, and supplier negotiations with executive oversight.
• Lead project budgets, forecasts, and schedule performance across multiple data-center developments.
• Manage cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Construction, Operations, and Finance.
• Develop long-range capital forecasts and risk mitigation for supply chain.
• Lead and mentor procurement teams to scale with company growth.
• Ensure governance and KPI reporting for spend, supplier performance, and inventory.
