Job summary

Aligned Data Centers, LLC is seeking an Associate Procurement Manager to support strategic planning and management of data center equipment sourcing, pricing, and supplier relationships. You will drive procurement execution, commercial analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, finance, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, engineering, construction, manufacturing, project management, data/information systems, or another relevant field.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to organise and analyse large data sets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative information.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of assigned data center equipment categories, including sourcing and procurement execution.
• Collaborate with vendor partners and internal teams to align procurement with programmatic and technical requirements.
• Lead or participate in competitive sourcing activities, including RFPs and bid evaluations.
• Prepare commercial analyses, pricing comparisons, and cost models to support recommendations.
