Job summary

IREN is seeking a Senior Analyst, Global Procurement Strategy in Ashburn, VA with remote work options. You will partner with the VP of Data Center Procurement to shape and scale the global procurement program across regions, translating business priorities into actionable plans and dashboards.

You will support market expansion, governance, and analytics, delivering executive-ready materials and data-driven insights to guide strategic sourcing decisions across geographies.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, or related strategy/analytics role.
• Experience supporting senior leadership with strategic planning, business cases, or executive-level reporting.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience building executive-facing presentations and materials.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the VP to develop, refine, and operationalize global procurement strategy across data center categories and regions.
• Translate priorities into structured plans, frameworks, and roadmaps for regional teams.
• Track progress and flag risks or gaps to leadership.
• Support design of procurement processes, governance, and tools to scale in new markets.
• Coordinate readiness activities for new-market entry and standardize processes.
• Build dashboards and reports on global procurement KPIs and category performance.
