Job summary

Vantage Data Centers in Denver, CO is seeking a Procurement Analyst to support OFCI Equipment procurement across construction projects. You will manage POs, track invoices, and coordinate with vendors to ensure schedules align with construction milestones.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in supply chain or construction roles, with strong organizational and communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 5% as projects require.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 1–3 years in a supply chain or construction role.
• Experience with data center or industrial equipment preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement team in daily tasks and vendor submittals.
• Coordinate equipment specs and OFCI submittals.
• Track supplier schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
• Enter POs, review invoices, and manage project cost allocation.
• Coordinate start-up and commissioning with vendors.
• Assist in inventory planning and spare parts management.
• Develop reports and improve procurement processes.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned.
