Job summary

The position requires strong PM credentials and experience with agile practices, plus the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels in a large, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 7+ years progressive PM experience.
• ScrumMaster Certification (CSM) or PMI-ACP certification preferred.
• Experience managing large, complex projects across matrixed teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimation, planning, scope, and risk management to deliver work on time and within budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships as needed.
• Track progress, report status to leadership, and adjust plans as priorities evolve.
• Ensure adherence to Cambia PM methodologies and agile practices.
