Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Clinical Analytics & Data Innovations. This hybrid role requires turning complex clinical and quality challenges into clear priorities and scalable capabilities, leading product lifecycles from discovery through adoption.

You will collaborate with Enterprise Quality, Stars, Population Health and more to drive measurable outcomes. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in product management or analytics, strong cross-functional leadership,

Qualifications

• BA/BS in relevant field
• 10+ years' experience in product management or analytics
• Experience supporting clinical/Stars/Population Health or health plan functions is preferred

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value clinical and quality problems by understanding goals and workflows
• Turn ambiguous needs into clear statements, use cases, requirements and success criteria
• Own Clinical Intelligence product strategy, roadmaps, prioritization and value realization
• Build value propositions and business cases linking investments to outcomes
• Partner with DTS Product Managers to define problems, users, priorities, and adoption needs
• Guide cross-functional work from discovery to delivery and adoption, without micromanaging tech execution
• Measure product utilization, adoption and outcomes to drive optimization or investments
• Advance responsible use of analytics, automation, and AI where it improves decisions
