Job summary

Cambia Health is seeking a Project Manager III, Network Innovations to lead large, multi-site initiatives within the Network Innovations and APM teams. The role requires coordinating complex projects from initiation to closure, leveraging PMO standards, and proactively managing risks, resources, and budgets.

The ideal candidate combines strong communication with stakeholder management and experience in payer or provider projects, plus a willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Project Management preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service orientation.
• Experience leading large-scale, complex projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, coordinate, and report project activities per PMO policies and standards.
• Manage multiple large-scale, complex projects from initiation to closure, on time and within budget.
• Drive outcomes through planning, scope management, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
• Assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, and provide guidance to team members.
• Present topics and recommendations to leadership, ensuring informed decisions and accountability.
