Job summary

Comagine Health is seeking a Project Manager I to join our Data Solutions team. This role coordinates projects, supports client-facing activities, and helps drive efficient delivery under guidance of senior staff.

Responsibilities include planning, tracking, documentation, risk management, meetings, and collaboration with internal teams. A BA/BS and 1–2 years PM experience in healthcare or tech are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of progressive project coordination/management experience.
• Experience in healthcare, public health, government, technology, or private sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate well-defined projects or workstreams using established processes and templates.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, status reports, and documentation.
• Support budgeting by tracking basic expenses and staff hours; escalate variances.
• Prepare meeting agendas, facilitate meetings, document decisions and action items.
