Job summary

Columbus College of Art & Design is seeking an Enterprise Data Analyst to act as a liaison between business stakeholders, student support areas, end-users, and IT to protect and promote data assets. The role guides data asset development and ensures data is used to support CCAD's academic mission.

The analyst will assist end users with guidance, troubleshooting, training, and support for various systems, including reports from Power BI and SSRS.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency using SQL, SSRS, and Power BI, or similar reporting programs.
• Advanced proficiency of data analytics, reporting and data integration technologies.
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), data visualizations, data warehousing, and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Protect and promote all college data assets, including the Student Information System.
• Gather and analyze data and business needs, develop, design, test and deliver internal and external reports using Power BI and SQL Server Reporting Services.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Provide support to the Enterprise Applications team in the development and enhancement of data assets, assuming responsibility for their operation, support, maintenance, and integrations.
• Create and update technical documentation for data processes, reporting, and definitions of college data.
• Support data governance for the college with the Enterprise Applications team and application owners.
