Job summary

Global Connections to Employment, Inc. seeks a Business Intelligence Analyst to gather, scrub, analyze, and report data to facilitate better strategic decisions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate needs into data-driven solutions.

You will use SQL to extract data, Power BI to visualize insights, and Excel for validation and reporting. A bachelor’s in CS/Statistics/Math plus 3+ years of experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient with SQL for queries and procedures.
• Highly proficient with Power BI analysis tools.
• Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Accounting knowledge and financial acumen related to budgets and financial statements.
• Strong collaboration skills to understand objectives and operations.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical and data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gathers, scrubs, analyzes, and reports data to support strategic decisions.

• Uses SQL to extract data from databases and data warehouses for reporting.
