The Chicago Housing Authority is seeking a Data Analyst to transform complex data into actionable reporting across departments. The role emphasizes SQL, Microsoft reporting tools, and Power BI development to support business needs.

Key responsibilities include creating and optimizing SQL procedures, developing Power BI dashboards, and delivering detailed, well-documented data models. Hybrid work in Chicago is possible after a 90-day probation period.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field.
• Minimum of five years hands-on experience with SSMS, SSRS, and Power BI.

Mansioni

• Create and refactor SQL Stored Procedures.
• Optimize SQL scripts via performance tuning.
• Modify SQL Open Query for ySQL (Yardi internal scripting).
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Power BI reports.
• Develop automated routines to extract information and document logic.
• Create Power BI Server semantic models and architecture.
• Compile reports using Power BI, Crystal Reports, SSRS, and SQL.
• Translate business requirements into data models.
• Connect to data sources and transform data into dashboards for BI.
