Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Data Analyst for a hybrid, Columbus, IN location to support data operations for donor campaigns. The role emphasizes Power BI reporting, data modeling, and data governance across global teams.

You will partner with IT and regional teams to improve data quality and automate reporting processes. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL skills, experience with data lakes or cloud environments, and a track record of reducing manual reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong Power BI and data modeling experience.
• Working knowledge of SQL, data integration, and reporting processes.
• Experience supporting data quality, governance, or master data initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with philanthropy, giving, pledging, or grants-related platforms.
• Familiarity with HR data, enterprise data lakes, or cloud-based data environments.
• Experience working with cross-functional or global teams.
• Reliable and timely reporting updates.
• Improved data quality and consistency.
• Successful support of third-party transition activities.
• Reduced reliance on manual reporting processes.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Support United Way campaign operations including data organization, validation, and reporting.
• Assist transition of employee donations to third-party application, including historical data validation.
• Improve data automation to reduce manual Excel processes.
• Manage Power BI for reporting development, updates and stakeholder requests.
• Improve master data with IT, regional teams and data models.
• Assist with data governance and access management for reporting models and data lake assets.
