Job summary

CCAD seeks an Enterprise Data Analyst to bridge business stakeholders, student support, end-users, and IT to protect and promote data assets. You will guide data asset development, design and deliver reports via Power BI/SSRS, and support governance and automation initiatives.

Responsibilities include working with Enterprise Applications to enhance data assets, create documentation, and help users learn reporting tools while contributing to a broader data warehouse strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience in data analytics or IT.
• At least 3 years of progressive experience with database systems, integrations, reporting, and querying.
• Experience with cloud transition projects or major upgrades to systems.

Responsibilities

• Protect and promote data assets across the college, including SIS.
• Gather and analyze data and business needs; design, test and deliver internal and external reports using Power BI and SSRS.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Support Enterprise Applications in development and enhancement of data assets, operations, maintenance, and integrations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for data processes, reporting, and data definitions.
• Support data governance efforts in coordination with IT leadership and application owners.
• Serve as a data quality SME to stakeholders and enterprise teams.
• Assist users in learning data and reporting tools.
• Contribute to development of a data warehouse for regular data access.
