Job summary

BreachLock Inc. is seeking a Hybrid CyberSecurity Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of offensive security engagements across BreachLock's platform.

You will coordinate scopes, timelines, and resources, liaise with internal teams and client stakeholders, and ensure activities meet regulatory requirements. The role serves as the primary contact for enterprise clients, manages scope changes, reports progress to executives, and helps improve delivery processes by contributing to

Qualifications

• Strong project delivery skills for cybersecurity or technical programs.
• Experience managing enterprise clients, with reporting and escalation handling.
• Scope management: define engagement rules and manage changes.
• Coordinate and prioritize tasks; expedite critical activities in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with inspections, quality control, and delivering compliant reports.
• Logistics management to align workflows across time zones.
• Experience in cybersecurity/offensive security or IT consulting; familiarity with testing.
• Background in networking and network security, incl. TCP/IP, firewalls, VPNs, segmentation.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate technical content for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of offensive security engagements across BreachLock's platform (ASM, autonomous pentesting, PTaaS).
• Plan and coordinate project scopes, timelines, and resources.
• Liaise with internal pentesters, engineers, and client stakeholders.
• Ensure testing activities align with regulatory frameworks and client requirements.
• Serve as primary point of contact for enterprise clients; manage scope and change requests.
• Deliver regular progress reporting to client security and executive stakeholders.
• Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and expeditate critical tasks.
• Maintain documentation and status reports; contribute to delivery playbooks and best practices.
• Translate technical findings into clear, actionable client recommendations.
