Job summary

BreachLock Inc. is seeking a full-time CyberSecurity Project Manager in the New York City metropolitan area, with hybrid work options. You will oversee end-to-end delivery of offensive security engagements across BreachLock's platform, including ASM, autonomous pentesting, and PTaaS initiatives.

You will coordinate scopes, timelines, resources, and communicate with internal teams and client stakeholders, translating technical findings into clear recommendations for enterprise leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder cybersecurity programs.
• Experience managing enterprise clients, including reporting, escalation handling.
• Strong scope management and change control including defining rules of engagement.
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize tasks and expedite critical activities.
• Experience with inspection processes and quality control of testing outputs and remediation plans.
• Logistics management across time zones and cross-regional teams.
• Background in cybersecurity, offensive security, or IT consulting; familiarity with penetration testing, ASM, and security frameworks.
• Background in networking and network security with understanding of network and infrastructure penetration testing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, translating technical content for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of offensive security engagements across BreachLock's platform.
• Plan and coordinate project scopes, timelines, and resources.
• Liaise with internal pentesters, engineers, and client stakeholders.
• Ensure testing activities align with regulatory frameworks and client requirements.
• As the primary contact for enterprise clients, manage scope, change requests, and escalations; deliver regular progress reports to client security and executive stakeholders.
• Track milestones, manage risks and dependencies, expedite critical tasks, and maintain documentation.
• Contribute to delivery process improvements, playbooks, and best practices.
