Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Greater than six years of related experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts and process complex transactions for entry types.
• Create and distribute written exception procedures for each account.
• Support entry processing performance and pre-load templates.
• Obtain certification for customer classification per company standards.
• Review documents and maintain client profiles and communications.
• Monitor non-compliance risk and respond to escalated inquiries.
• Stay current with U.S. Customs regulations.
