Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• 2–3 years of entry-writing experience in international transportation or with AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate customs entry data for accuracy, compliance, and timely clearance.
• Resolve complex customs exceptions and regulatory concerns.
• Manage government agency holds and customs examinations.
• Serve as a trusted customs compliance expert interpreting regulations across operations and automated processes.
• Drive continuous improvement and support automation initiatives in customs operations.
