Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of entry‑writing experience or international transportation experience or experience with AI Agents.
• Ability to comply with 19 CFR 111.53(e) background checks.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate customs entry data for accuracy and compliance.
• Resolve complex customs exceptions and regulatory concerns.
• Manage government agency holds and examinations (CBP, FDA, CPSC, VACIS, CET, Tailgate).
• Interpret regulations and apply them to daily operations and automated processes.
• Prioritize critical shipment issues to prevent delays and maintain service.
• Coordinate with brokers, providers, and internal teams for import clearance and delivery.
• Maintain customer‑specific SOPs, HTS databases, and compliance requirements.
• Investigate cargo damage claims, demurrage, detention disputes, and other high‑impact issues.
• Conduct quality reviews of entries and automated decisions for compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement and support automation initiatives.
