Job summary

Emser Tile LLC seeks a versatile Customer Support & Warehouse Hybrid for its local Aurora branch. The role combines front-facing customer service with core warehouse duties, including order entry, inventory management and basic showroom upkeep.

You will interact with designers, builders and walk-in customers, driving sales through product recommendations while ensuring accurate order processing and timely delivery. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in building, construction, design, or warehouse environments preferred.
• Results-driven, customer-focused, highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work in a busy team environment with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Interfaces with customers including Sales Reps, Builders, Designers, Contractors and walk-ins to deliver outstanding service.
• Process orders, provide product and pricing information, and track order status.
• Support showroom cleanliness, sample updates and inventory audits.
• Operate forklift for inbound/outbound freight and maintain safety standards.
• Assist with payments, stock orders, deposits and end-of-day paperwork.
