Responsabilités

• Interface effectively with customers and field service personnel.
• Handle service calls, order entries, and dispatching.
• Review customer orders for pricing, terms, and conditions.
• Provide written and verbal quotations to customers.
• Coordinate with Material Management for product availability.
• Determine approvals for product returns and generate documentation.
• Research information for customers using computer resources and manuals.
• Assist technical support staff with information and data as needed.
