Job summary

HID Global is seeking a Customer Service Representative I in Austin, TX to serve as the primary contact for customers and support order fulfillment. You will collaborate with Sales, Order Management and other teams to resolve inquiries and document interactions accurately.

This role requires at least two years of customer service experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of customer service experience.
• English fluency with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM/order management systems preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email.
