Job summary

HID Global, based in Austin, TX, is seeking a Customer Service Representative I to be the primary contact for customers, supporting order fulfillment and responsive inquiries. You will collaborate with Sales, Order Management and other teams to resolve issues and document interactions accurately.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of customer service experience, fluency in English, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication.
• Experience with CRM/order management systems is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers via phone and email.
• Accurately document customer interactions and order-related activities in company systems.
• Resolve customer inquiries and pre-book holds to support timely order processing.
• Collaborate with Sales, Order Management, and cross-functional teams to update customers clearly and professionally.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and service standards.
• Develop product knowledge and participate in ongoing training.
