Conduent is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound/outbound inquiries via phone, email, or chat from Albuquerque, NM. This hybrid role offers opportunities to assist clients while meeting service levels and quality standards.

The position includes paid training, benefits, and career growth potential. Work is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with a hybrid schedule (1 day remote, 4 days in office). Compensation is $19 per hour, plus bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to submit to a pre-employment screening.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Process customer transactions and update account records.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate customer information.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Meet established quality, productivity, and service level standards.
• Provide guidance & supervision to less experienced team members as needed.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and standards.
