Job summary

HTSS, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a well-established global company. The role is hybrid, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, $17/hour, with a temp-to-hire path.

The ideal candidate enjoys helping customers and solving problems and is organized and tech-savvy. You will respond to inquiries via email and support tickets, use Freshdesk to track and resolve issues, collaborate with Product, Engineering and support teams, and help maintain FAQs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or support experience.
• Experience with a ticketing system (Freshdesk a plus).
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and support tickets.
• Track and resolve issues using Freshdesk.
• Work with Product, Engineering, and support teams.
• Maintain FAQs and identify recurring customer issues.
