You will support customers and internal partners, manage complex tasks, and act as a subject matter expert across multiple processes while mentoring teammates and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of customer service experience in manufacturing preferred (2 years Protolabs experience).
• Proficient with Microsoft products and general computer navigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to our growing customer and internal teams.
• Handle complex tasks requiring deeper knowledge of Protolabs services and processes.
• Serve as SME for assigned processes and participate in related projects.
• Collaborate with customers and internal partners to understand requests and develop options.
• Provide timely, accurate information on order status and product knowledge.
