Protolabs in Maple Plain, MN is seeking a proactive Continuous Improvement Specialist to drive Lean initiatives across the Customer Success team. You will identify friction, streamline workflows, and deliver measurable gains in service quality, speed, and efficiency.

This hybrid role requires coordinating between business stakeholders and technical resources to define requirements and create effective backlogs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience in business, operations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Shadow team members to understand workflows and identify quick improvements.
• Analyze backlog of process issues and identify root causes.
• Map current-state processes and design future-state workflows.
• Gather and analyze data from service systems to quantify performance.
• Prioritize improvement initiatives by impact and effort.
• Create clear requirements for CRM, AX, and eCommerce enhancements.
• Translate needs between business and technology teams.
• Lead projects to completion with sustainment plans.
• Support team with hands-on work and problem solving.
