Qualifications

• 3–5 years of customer service experience in manufacturing.
• College degree preferred or related experience.
• Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex customer service tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Know when to escalate issues as a subject matter expert.
• Collaborate with customers and internal partners to fulfill requests.
• Provide timely order status and product information.
• Mentor teammates and support learning and training.
