Job summary

Protolabs is seeking an Organizational Change Specialist to join our hybrid team in Maple Plain. The role focuses on supporting change initiatives, shaping communications, and aligning stakeholders across the organization to adopt new processes and technologies.

This position offers growth in change management, project coordination, and learning & development, with cross-functional collaboration and mentorship opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or comparable experience.
• 2+ years of professional experience in change/HR/PM roles.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal skills with ability to tailor messaging.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with AI technologies.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Empathy, curiosity, and collaboration-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support change strategy and planning aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations to identify risks.
• Build and implement change plans addressing the people side of transformation.
• Engage stakeholders and facilitate workshops to promote understanding and commitment.
• Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment on change activities.
• Design messaging plans and develop training materials for adoption.
• Track progress and report to leadership on change effectiveness.
• Identify gaps and recommend improvement strategies.
• Grow a Community of Practice to transform how Protolabs handles change.
