Job summary

Protolabs is seeking a Technical Product Manager for a fixed hybrid role (remote Tue-Thu onsite) at HQ in Maple Plain, MN. You will own a key operational domain, shape the problem, and drive outcomes across our finance and procurement software.

Collaborate with senior PMs, engineering, and business stakeholders to execute the product strategy and roadmap, improving partner and internal user experiences. You will manage order allocation workflows, monitor partner performance, and ensure solutions

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience.
• 3+ years of experience supporting EDI systems and/or processes.
• Ownership of a product from discovery through launch and adoption.
• Experience with software engineers and designers in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product roadmap for the assigned ecosystem area.
• Translate business and customer needs into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize the backlog using a consistent framework.
• Drive release planning, scope management, and risk mitigation with engineering and design teams.
• Understand partner segments and end-to-end workflows from quote to delivery.
• Discover, measure, iterate with experiments and prototypes.
