PELSIS NORTH AMERICA LIMITED is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Jackson, GA for a hybrid role requiring at least three days onsite weekly. You will handle customer inquiries, process orders, and coordinate with Sales, Shipping, and Finance to ensure smooth fulfillment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service or order management, experience in manufacturing or distribution, and proficiency with ERP/CRM and MS Office.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or additional business education preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years of customer service or order management experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, or B2B environment is preferred.
• Experience using ERP/CRM systems is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong verbal and written communication with a professional, customer-focused approach.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
• High attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for customers by phone and email, providing professional, responsive support.
• Enter, review, and process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner, including pricing and shipping details.
• Monitor open orders and communicate order status and delays to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales, Shipping, Warehouse, Operations, Production, and Finance to support order fulfillment.
• Research and resolve customer questions, order discrepancies, and delivery concerns; escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate customer, order, and communication records in ERP/CRM systems.
• Support customer account maintenance, including updates to contact and shipping info.
• Provide product and service information and route technical questions to internal resources.
• Coordinate freight/shipping requirements and delivery expectations with customers and internal teams.
• Build strong relationships through consistent communication and problem-solving.
