A community-focused organization seeks a full-time Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service to members and volunteers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and technical skills, with 1–3 years of experience in customer service. The role entails assisting with registration processes, managing cases in CRM systems, and maintaining knowledge of programs. This position offers a competitive hourly rate between $20.55 and $22.60 and a hybrid work environment.

Competenze

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service or help desk environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM systems for case management.
