Job summary

The role is the primary contact for clients, addressing concerns, sharing product information, and building relationships.

Hybrid in Durham, NC, 3 days/week, 9-6 EST. Requirements: 2+ years in customer service or related roles; strong verbal and written communication; CRM and Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, customer success, call center, help desk, or client support.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Associates Degree or higher is required!

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat channels.
• Resolve customer inquiries, account issues, and service-related concerns in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within CRM systems.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
• Educate customers on available services, processes, and account management tools.
• Meet established customer satisfaction, response time, and service quality metrics.
