Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to support customers within the business services industry by providing exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role serves as a primary contact for customers, addressing concerns and building strong client relationships.

This position is hybrid in Durham, NC, 3 days per week, with hours from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or higher is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience handling a high volume of customer interactions.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat channels.
• Resolve customer inquiries, account issues, and service-related concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address customer needs.
• Educate customers on available services and account management tools.
• Meet established customer satisfaction, response time, and service quality metrics.
