Murata Electronics is seeking a Sales Planner to coordinate demand and order management across Customer, Sales, Logistics, and Factory teams in a hybrid role based from Atlanta, GA.

The position requires 1+ years in customer service/order management, strong Excel skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining customer backlog and KPI targets. The role emphasizes collaboration and accurate data handling within Murata's global operations.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of experience related to customer service, order management, or planning.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data entry.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team, manage priorities, and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Demand Monitoring/Maintenance - Enter and maintain customer demand, create/monitor orders and forecasts, release orders, monitor backlogs, and handle changes or cancellations.
• Supply Monitoring/Maintenance – Release POs to the factory, maintain backlog, manage expedites, pushouts, and cancellations, monitor inventory, and mitigate excess.
• Credits - Initiate billing/credit requests with root-cause explanations and corrective action.
• Inventory - Track slow-moving/excess inventory and document root causes.
• Communication - Notify on price discrepancies, backlog errors, and allocation differences; coordinate with sales on discrepancies; daily status discussions.
• Meet or exceed KPI targets for assigned accounts.
• Utilize Excel and web tools to detect exceptions and potential issues in demand.
• Support Murata's competitive advantage by delivering reliable service with minimized risk.
• Review daily system-generated reports and take action to resolve issues.
• Training - provide shadowing and training for new hires and transfers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
