Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Customer Success/Account Manager to join the Compliance Advisory Services team in a hybrid Mount Arlington, NJ setting. You will lead customer implementations, manage ongoing relationships, and coordinate cross-functional teams across Regulatory, Data Services, and Technical groups to ensure compliant reporting outcomes.

The role requires 2+ years in account management or customer success with strong PM skills, effective communication, and the ability to handle multiple

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate has 2 plus years of account management or customer success experience with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple customer relationships simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience with aggregate spend, transparency reporting, or healthcare compliance is a differentiator.
• Candidate must be comfortable in a customer facing role managing implementations and leading meetings.
• Strong written and oral communication is non negotiable.
• JIRA, Confluence, and Monday.com experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead new customer implementations and provide ongoing customer support while owning the customer relationship end to end.
• Delegate tasks across Technical, Regulatory, and Data Services resources and act as project manager on implementations.
• Guide customers through annual compliance reporting seasons and conduct proactive business reviews.
• Maintain expertise in aggregate spend and regulatory reporting requirements.
