• Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain insurance concepts clearly and professionally.
• Detail-oriented approach with strong analytical skills and a commitment to accuracy in documentation and policy administration.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and carriers, while taking ownership of client issues and follow-through.
• Prior experience in property and casualty or employee benefits insurance is highly beneficial; relevant professional designations (e.g., CIC, CRM, CEBS) are a plus.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field preferred.
