Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review of contracts & detailed application documents.
• Validation of data against requirements.
• Resolve issues directly; escalate more complex issues to team leads.
• Interact with internal and external contacts via phone or email in a professional manner.
• Develop and implement detailed processes for new projects based on approved methods and procedures.
• Adjust procedures to meet specific needs while adhering to neutrality guidelines.
• Identify potential improvements in methods and procedures and propose changes to the team leader.
• Assist in managing annual qualification and renewal processes.
• Outreach to customers to foster relationships.
