Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in B2B or food industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or other channels.
• Process and manage customer orders; provide order confirmations and shipping updates.
• Maintain accurate customer records in company systems and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with logistics, sales, and supply chain to resolve order discrepancies.
• Build relationships with customers and identify opportunities to improve service.
• Track and report customer service metrics; provide management feedback on recurring issues.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and service standards; stay informed on product updates.
