Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Customer Solutions Architect to craft the technical vision for client solutions. You will act as the primary technical lead, design and manage software implementations, and coordinate across teams to deliver high-impact freight auditing solutions.

You will engage with customers and internal stakeholders, document requirements, and ensure successful deployments while maintaining design documentation and aligning with business goals.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/MIS or related field and 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Smartsheet and release processes.
• Experience delivering Freight Rate and Auditing software technical deliverables.
• Strong communication skills and team collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Act as the primary technical lead for new and existing clients.
• Consult with staff to evaluate integration between hardware and software.
• Assist with requirements from definition through deployment and documentation.
• Maintain technical design docs for software changes.
• Communicate design and change requests to stakeholders.
• Enhance and modify software applications as needed.
• Analyze and document system implementation changes for projects.
• Ensure milestones by coordinating project resources.
• Collaborate with other departments on implementations.
• Communicate actions clearly to internal and external parties.
