Job summary

Essity is seeking a Customer Service Representative, Lymphology, to serve as the primary point of contact for servicing accounts, educating customers, and handling complex inquiries. The hybrid role will be based in Ballantyne, NC, within the Order Administration & Customer Service Team.

You will manage orders, verify details, and communicate with Medical Advisors and Territory Business Managers to resolve issues while maintaining confidentiality under HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience acceptable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills a must.
• Experience with SAP, CRM, and order management tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via telephone and other media.
• Educate customers and inform them about warranties and policies.
• Verify orders for accuracy and coordinate with shipping and billing information.
• Safeguard confidential patient health information in compliance with HIPAA.
