Job summary

Essity's Order Administration & Customer Service team in Ballantyne, NC seeks a Customer Service Representative, Lymphology. This hybrid role serves as the single point of contact for servicing accounts, educating customers, handling complaints and processing Lymphology orders.

You will interact with customers by phone and other media, verify order details in SAP, maintain HIPAA compliance, and support process improvements. Strong communication and ownership are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree, bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Prior customer service, order management, or related experience preferred.
• Experience using SAP, CRM systems, Microsoft Office, or similar tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via telephone and other media.
• Enter custom product orders in SAP and verify order details for accuracy.
• Educate customers on warranties, policies, and return terms.
• Provide pricing quotations and communicate with MEAs/TBMs when needed.
• Support process improvements and maintain HIPAA compliance.
