Job summary

GEICO is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Richardson, TX, in a hybrid role with in-office training and a schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays. Starting salary range is $49,367 to $59,463 annually ($24.50 to $29.51 per hour), with +10% evening differential and +20% weekend differential. You will handle incoming calls, billing questions, policy updates and provide solutions to customers.

The office is located at 2375 N. Glenville Drive, Richardson.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years customer-facing experience.
• Experience in a high-volume service environment with KPIs.
• No active insurance license required at hire; license obtained during role.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, messages, and billing questions.
• Process policy updates and uncover coverage needs.
• Provide guidance to help customers make informed decisions.
