Job summary

GEICO is seeking an Auto Claims Specialist in Richardson, TX to reassure customers, guide policyholders through coverage steps, and help them get back on the road with empathy and care.

The role offers a starting hourly rate of $28.29 or $57,004 yearly, with higher rates for weekend/ evening shifts and a $1,500 sign-on bonus for licensed candidates. Training is provided; benefits begin Day 1, including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• 3+ yrs of Customer-facing Claims experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs is preferred.
• Active Adjusters license preferred (training and exam fees provided).

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls, collect accident facts, investigate claim details, collect statements, and assist customers in getting back on the road.
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive experience.
• Drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions.
