GEICO is seeking a Service Representative who guides policyholders through coverage needs, handles billing inquiries, and educates on policy options, delivering world-class service.
The role starts with a six‑month in‑office training, then moves to a hybrid schedule (80% office, 20% remote). GEICO offers extensive training, licensing support, and tuition assistance to help you grow.
As a Service Representative, you’ll go beyond answering questions to provide reassurance and solutions that make a difference in customers’ lives. You’ll guide policyholders through coverage needs, address billing inquiries, and educate them on policy options, becoming a trusted partner in delivering world‑class service.
After completing a comprehensive 6-month in‑office training and orientation, transition to a hybrid work model: 80% of your time in the office and 20% working remotely. In addition, the GEICO Flex Program offers up to four additional weeks of remote work annually for greater flexibility.

Education
High School Diploma required, College degree (2‑4 year) preferred.
Experience
Up to 3 years of prior relevant customer‑facing and/or service experience.
Skills
A passion for outstanding customer service.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Adaptability and attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
Ability to prioritize and multi‑task while navigating multiple business applications.
Computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Experience managing or supporting multi‑line product portfolios is preferred.
